At Pretzel, I bridge this gap, recognising the intrinsic connection between both aspects and offering approaches that address the full spectrum of clients' needs. It might be a lofty goal, but I aim for it during every session.

My sessions are crafted using a fusion of the modalities I have studied:

Assisted Stretching, Thai Yoga Massage, Swedish Massage, Remedial Massage, Relaxation Massage, Kahuna Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy Massage, Lomi Lomi Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Beauty Therapy and more.

To complement this approach, Pretzel only uses a unique blend of cream and oil for massages, so your skin receives a treat along with the rest of your body. All experiences are accompanied by ethically sourced Native Australian essential oils, luxury linens, and soothing music.

Suitable for mums-to-be entering their second trimester onwards, Pretzel’s signature pregnancy massage is designed with this in mind.

You will be cocooned in a supportive nest of body pillows and blankets allowing you to lay comfortably throughout the massage. Long, soothing, nurturing movements will increase lymph flow and circulation thus reducing swelling and tenderness. This treatment will relax and rejuvenate you, providing the much-needed rest that you have been craving.

Please do not book any massage sessions with me if you are:
a) Less than 6 weeks post-surgery
b) In the first trimester of pregnancy
c) Unwell with anything that may be contagious
